Together, we can identify the inner resources available to you as well as develop additional tools and coping strategies to help you manage the weight of loss and navigate the waves of grief. We can explore difficult feelings that you may be left with (guilt, regret, anger, to name a few) without judgement, and work through them so you can regain acceptance and a sense of peace. Loss sometimes brings with it major life transitions, such as change in social status, relocation, needing to develop new social networks, etc... I can help you manage these changes, offering support in adjusting to a new way of living.
