Today’s fast-paced life too often comes hand-in-hand with increased levels of stress and anxiety. Whether it is work-related pressure, personal challenges, or ongoing feelings of worry and tension, stress can affect your quality of life, relationships, and overall wellbeing. For people who suffer from anxiety, the constant stimulations and expectations (internal and external) of daily life can lead to an overwhelming increase of the intensity of anxiety. 

I provide a non-judgmental space where clients can talk openly about their struggles with stress and anxiety. My counselling services are designed to meet each client's specific need by working collaboratively. I use a practical approach to help lessen the physical, emotional and mental symptoms of stress and anxiety, whether people are dealing with panic attacks, constant worry, burnout or any other issue.

Through our sessions, you will learn to identify stressors and anxiety triggers, and understand their underlying causes. I can help you develop effective and sustainable tools and strategies so that you feel more in control and calm in your daily life.​ As you regain a sense of control over your thoughts, emotions and actions, your confidence in managing challenges will grow so that you can feel increased trust in yourself.

My approach is tailored to help you identify your strengths and answer your specific needs and circumstances. I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can freely express your concerns and work through them at your own pace. My focus is not just on managing symptoms, but also on helping you achieve long-lasting results. At the end of our work, you will have developed more trust in yourself and feel empowered to live a more fulfilling life.
